The whole experience was exceptional. Dr Rauch is so compassionate and has already changed my life. I’m hearing better then ever and my tinnitus is almost gone already. Dr Rauch and her staff were so caring and thorough in their explanations. I feel I have learned so much about hearing loss and how it affects our health. I have been wearing my new set for close to a week, and am so pleased with my much improved hearing (as well as the hearing aids' comfort). Dr. Rauch and her staff could not have been more helpful.
